Our standard paper is a bright, crisp white. We also offer upgrades to metallic pearl white, silver and gold papers for an additional charge.

3) Hang out by your mailbox!

Shipping & Handling

We're in the process of changing the shipping on our custom items from our flat rate shipping (see below) to item weight-based shipping. These prices are accurate for domestic US shipping only.

Ordering different types of items or quantities greater than 100? We'll combine shipping when possible. Email us for a quote before you order!

Paypal's shipping structure will add the flat rate to the weight-based rate when you order readymade items along with your custom order. Please email us prior to placing your order to have these combined.

We will ship readymade items to Canada & Europe for these prices. There is a $10.00 (USD) minimum for international orders.

Shipping Times
Most of our orders go out within 5 business days of receipt of payment and useable art files. At peak periods and on large orders, turnaround may be up to 2 business weeks.

 

To add USPS Shipping Insurance to your order, click one of the following buttons!

$1.65 covers up to $50 if your package is lost or damaged in the mail.

$2.05 covers $50.01 to $100.00.

$2.45 covers $100.01 to $200.00.

$4.60 covers $200.01 to $300.00.

$5.50 covers $300.01 to $400.00.

$6.40 covers $400.01 to $500.00.

Art Specs

Artwork should be 300dpi in TIF or JPG format, or as a 100% vector image in Adobe Illustrator. If you are submitting an image with text, please convert text to outlines (vector) or rasterize your text into your single-layer TIF or JPG.

Templates for TIF or JPG:
- 1" round size
- 1.25" round size
- 1.5" square size
- 2.25" round size
- 3.5" round size

PDF template for 1", 1.25" and 2.25" sizes.

The interior circle (or square) represents the face of your button. The area between that and the exterior circle is bleed. The bleed closer to the face of your button will be partially visible around the edge of your buttons.

Our URL in these templates is an example only. We don't print our info on your custom buttons. When you create your art file, it should cover this text and the interior circle – if they are visible in the art files you send, they will be visible in your printed buttons.

All artwork must be your original work. We cannot print work that violates copyright law. If you are not sure what the laws are, we recommend reading up at the US Copyright Office and Stanford's Copyright & Fair Use Center. Both are excellent resources.

Tips & Miscellaneous Info.

* Want your URL or a brief message printed around the edge of your buttons? We can set that for you for no additional charge. When you order, please note your URL or message exactly as you want it to appear. (No copies of War & Peace, please.)

* Did you know that you can have multiple images in one order? If you order units of 100-pieces, you can have a split run of up to 3 images for no additional charge! Split runs are done in approximately even amounts. (Ex. 33/33/34, not 80/15/5.) Additional sets of images are available for a small set-up fee. Please email for more info.

 

* Rush orders are available when our schedule permits. Additional fees apply. Please email.

* You're a special snowflake and you neeeeeeed an order for your event tomorrow. Can't we waive the rush fees for you? Sure – we can waive rush fees, if you can wait an extra five days!

 

* Design services are available for $25/hr with a one hour minimum. This may add extra turnaround time to your order, so plan accordingly.

* We provide proofs only if we're hired to design your order. When the design is provided by the buyer, your design is your proof. If you have difficulty understanding the template, please contact us and we'll be happy to go over it with you.

* Sending art files that are 20x the size of the button template appropriate to your order will not make your buttons 20x more awesome. It may also cause our server to filter out your email for sending massive files, which is really not awesome.

 

* Brooklyn, NYC area pick-up is available! Pick-ups are by appointment only, Monday - Friday. We're closed weekends and holidays.

* Shipped orders will be sent to the Paypal address on file at time of purchase. If your current address is not on file with Paypal, log into Paypal and change your account info prior to making your purchase.

* Custom orders are non-refundable/returnable.
